Job Description Ballantynes is seeking a dynamic individual with extensive Front of House Hospitality experience and strong Barista skills to join our hospitality team. The role offers a great variety working within our iconic Tearooms and Kin Bistro. As a Front of House Café Assistant, you will be providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting with day-to-day operations within the department. The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills: Extensive experience working Front of House in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to produce consistent, high-quality coffee in a timely manner High Standard of Customer Service Skills Strong Communication Skills Duty Manager License/LCQ Qualification Preferred If you love all things hospitality, then this is the role for you.
