Mortenson has been voted a "best place to work" over 40 times since 2002……What are you waiting for?The Big Picture:Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Associate Field Services Manager to help provide coordination and supervision to technicians. You will be responsible for verifying the execution of technicians' work as expected according to Mortenson Energy Services vision, mission, and strategy. Strong communication skills are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success in this role. The first project is at McCamey, TX overseeing 2 solar sites.ResponsibilitiesWhat will you be doing?Assist in supervising a team of assigned Field Service Technicians.Responsible for assisting in planning, scheduling, and leading all aspects of Safety, Quality, and Environmental for service, warranty, customer, and special projects.Responsible for assisting with monitoring and approving work time.Provide technical support to site personnel as needed.QualificationsHow will you succeed?Effective communication and active listening skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Experience in interviewing and hiring preferred.Strong time management and self-motivational skills.Exemplary customer service orientation.Ability to work with a widely-spread staff.Open to change based on diverse input and feedback.Effectively work with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.Working knowledge of engineering procedures, processes, and drawings.Current driver's license.This position requires some travel for training and meetings.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.Mortenson is an EOE/Affirmative Action/M/F/Veteran/Disabled employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
